Shipping policy

Unknown Slayer (“we,” “us,” “our”) ships orders worldwide through our print-on-demand partner Printful and our commerce platform Shopify. Most orders are made to order and ship from the facility closest to you when possible.
1) Order processing & fulfillment

2) Shipping times (after fulfillment)
Typical carrier time-in-transit (business days) once your order leaves the facility:

You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Orders with multiple items may ship separately to speed delivery.
3) Shipping origins & methods
Printful routes orders to facilities in the US, EU, UK, Canada, MX, AU and others based on stock/capacity; carrier is selected automatically for the best available service.
4) Customs, duties & taxes (international)

Orders shipping outside the origin country may incur customs, duties, or VAT on delivery. Customers are responsible for these fees unless we clearly state they’re prepaid at checkout. Printful Help CenterPrintful

For some lanes (e.g., Canada and the UK) we may use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) so duties/taxes are included in shipping at checkout and nothing is due on delivery. Where DDP isn’t offered, shipments are DDU and fees (if any) are collected by customs/carrier on arrival. Printful Help Center
5) Address issues & undeliverable packages
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you need a correction, email [support@unknownslayer.com] within 6 hours with your order number. If a package returns due to an incorrect/insufficient address or unclaimed delivery, we can reship once you confirm a correct address; additional shipping charges may apply (carrier- and route-dependent).
6) Lost, delayed, or damaged orders

If your order hasn’t arrived and tracking hasn’t updated, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim. Printful treats packages lost in transit reported within 30 days as eligible for a reprint/reship. Printful Help Center+1

If your order arrives damaged/misprinted/defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund per Printful’s policy. Printful Help Center+1

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, carriers generally consider it delivered to the address; replacements in those cases aren’t covered, but we’ll help you investigate with the carrier. Printful Help Center
7) Shipping fees
Shipping rates are shown at checkout and reflect real-time Printful/ carrier pricing by product, weight, and destination. Some promotions (e.g., free shipping thresholds) may apply to specific regions.
8) Split shipments & partial deliveries
To deliver faster, items might ship from different facilities and arrive in separate packages. Each shipment gets its own tracking link.
9) Holidays, weather & events
Severe weather, customs inspections, and carrier network surges (e.g., December holidays) can extend transit times. We’ll post material delays on the site or order status page when known.
10) Where we ship
We ship to most countries that carriers serve. If a carrier restricts your location or a product isn’t supported in your region, checkout will alert you.
